Q: Can I claim my rewards on any server?

A: You can collect the rewards on any server, but each account can only collect rewards once.
Q: What if I don't have a card?

A: You can join events to earn that card.
Q: When does consecutive login rewards reset?

A: Consecutive login rewards reset at 00:00 daily, which is subject to the time announced on the event page.
Q: Will the cards continue to exist after the event ends? Can they be used in other places?

A: Cards from this event can only be exchanged for rewards during the event and cannot be used in other places.
Q: If I select the wrong server when I claim rewards, can I change server later?

A: Once you claim the rewards you cannot change the server. Please choose carefully.
Q: I shared the event page, but did not get a chance to flip a card. Why?

A: There may have been lag or you may not have shared the event in a place that allows you the chance to flip a card. You can click the share again by clicking the share button.
Q: How long does it take for the rewards to go to my account?

A: As a rule, the rewards will be sent to your account immediately. But when there are too many participants there may be delay. The rewards should be sent to you within 72 hours.
Q: Why does the Clothing and Mount rewards I received not look the same as those shown in the event panel?

A: Pictures in the event panel are just for reference. Ingame shows the final version.
